    Hi! I’m Courtney Johnston, certified personal trainer and owner of Longliveity.

    Whether you want to dominate a bike race, prepare for an active vacation, conquer stairs with grace and balance or run around with your grandkids for longer, I’m here to make those goals a reality.

    With over five years of experience as a full-time personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working at esteemed gyms in the Boston area, including Equinox and Lynx.

    Presently, I also serve as the Fitness Center Coordinator at the Brookline Senior Center on a part-time basis.

    What truly fuels my passion is working with individuals aged 50 and above. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help them surpass their expectations, demonstrating that age is no barrier to achieving remarkable feats. With the gift of longer lifespans, I strive to instill confidence in my clients, enabling them to embrace life to the fullest.

    Outside of my professional life, I love traveling, spending quality time with my three dogs, immersing myself in books, enjoying beach days, and attending live concerts!
